Yes, we just made that name up 😄 There is no such dish — but with what you have, this is exactly what there will be.
This wants to be a pan scramble: the vegetables give up their water and the egg pulls it all together.
The food never touches the water, so it holds its colour and its soluble vitamins far better than boiling does. A thin slice is more surface: it browns faster and it dries out faster.
This is weight, not nutrition. Olive oil can be a tenth of the weight and most of the calories.
You gave no amounts; these are a sensible household measure for each. Change the ratio and you change the dish.
Salt, pepper, water and oil are assumed to be in every kitchen; we never count them as missing.

How to make it

Heat a wide pan over a medium flame and add the olive oil. Nothing goes in before the fat is hot.

Why Vegetables dropped into cold fat soak it up and go limp; hot fat seals the surface at once. The difference is one minute of patience. -

Add the almond and turn for another 3–4 minutes. Do not crowd the pan: crowded vegetables steam instead of browning.

Why Vegetables are 90% water. In a crowded pan the steam cannot escape, the temperature locks at 100 °C and Maillard never begins. -

Lower the heat, crack the eggs in without beating them and fold them slowly with a spatula. Take the pan off while they still flow — they keep cooking on the plate.

Why Egg white sets at 62 °C and yolk at 65; past 82 the protein net squeezes out its water and the texture turns to sponge. Lower the heat — the only thing you lose is time. -
